Abstract: Abstract The main purpose of this study is to fabricate and evaluate a Multi Commodity Food Sifter. To test the Performance and Features, Reliability, Durability and Serviceability, Aesthetic and Perceived Quality to provide a Food Sifter that automatically sift a raw material in cooking or in baking for the convenient of end users and also to make an improvement on previous prior arts. Multi Commodity Food Sifter is also designed and fabricated to reduce the problems in food contamination through getting rid of the physical contaminations and to lessen the workforce in food preparation by using machinery which is the food sifter. The device is powered by an electric motor with 220V. The device simply filters the ingredients using a mesh and a pulley with B.I. square tubes as the framework. This is to provide a new and improved food sifter than a mere strainer would be in several ways, an important one being that it is directional; you can drop the flour where you want it without making much of a mess.
