Abstract: ABSTRACT Experiential learning is a widely accepted way of preparing hospitality and tourism professionals through. learning by doing. The study's objective was to determine the perceptions of Hospitality Management graduates regarding experiential learning as a preparation for employment. The research aimed to determine the respondents' profile, improved knowledge, enhanced skills, and values improved during experiential learning in various departments. The researchers used an online survey questionnaire with a five (5) point Likert scale. Frequency distribution and weighted mean formula were used to interpret the data. Findings revealed that respondents, primarily aging from 21-25, female, were assigned to AAA rating hotels during experiential learning, with the majority in the housekeeping department. Currently, majority of the respondents were affiliated with the hospitality industry, and held contractual employment. The study indicated an extreme improvement on knowledge with an overall mean of 4.61. Additionally, respondents demonstrated extreme enhancements in both soft and hard skills, emphasizing core, special, and managerial soft skills, as well as hard skills, especially in housekeeping and food and beverage departments. Values, notably being honest, greatly contributed during experiential learning, as indicated by a weighted mean of 77 4.88. The conclusions drawn from the study highlighted that the majority of the respondents being single, aged 21-25, and employed in the hospitality industry and held a contractual employment. Experiential learning significantly improved to their knowledge, particularly in operational procedures, and enhanced their soft and hard skills, with honesty being a reinforced value.
